Obsessed: Fancy Skirts

I never know how to dress when the weather starts to change. So this morning, like many others, I rolled out of bed and pulled up Style Caster. (If you don’t use it, you should! It gives you the forecast and gives you three outfit examples of how to dress for the weather.) This morning Style Caster showed me the cutest skirt. It was black, kind of short, and had gold polka dots. (Polka dots are really big this fall. Yesterday it was finally cold enough for me to bust out my polka dotted pantyhose!) Anyway–all day I’ve been obsessing over fancy skirts! You can dress it up with heels and pretty jewelry, or you can dress down with a tee shirt and flats.

Think Pink!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! In order to call more attention to educating women on breast cancer, forms of early detection and raising money for the cause, many designers have lent a hand and produced products especially for this cause!

One of my favorite gifts to give and receive is candles! And I don’t know a single girl who doesn’t love the smell of roses, which is what makes the Diptyque Roses Pink Candle the ultimate gift.
Diptyque has promised to donate 20% of the proceeds to The Pink Agenda.

KitchenAid designed a raspberry pink stand mixer with the clear mixing bowl that I have been lusting over ever since I saw it in Williams Sonoma.
A percentage of the proceeds will go to Susan G Komen for the Cure.

To Sonia Kashuk, this cause is near and dear to her heart as she is a breast cancer survivor herself. Every year she comes out with several products to raise money for the bcrf.
Target promises to donate 15% of proceeds.
